The Goateee Is a handmade razor with one 7/8“ (2.22cm) brushed out blade hardened carbon steel (approx. 61HRC). She has one Half-hollow cut and one Round head. The lettering is lasered. The handle is a composition stainless steel-insert and hardwood bowls (Mahogany or sandalwood) and with metal applications in gold color.

With its weight of 78g and a cutting length of 7cm it is more in the middle.

Scope of delivery: 1x razor, 1x wooden box

The razor looks great and is ergonomic.
However, nothing for shaving beards. The knife cuts my beard, but is so blurred that it hurts.
It feels like my whisker is pulled out.

Razor quality

Thank you for the quick delivery. The razor looks great, very good quality. I gave it to my son for Christmas. He was visibly enthusiastic. I will also buy all other products that you need to shave from Donovan because I am very satisfied myself. The price performance ratio is also right.

The delivery took place quickly. The razor looks high quality and is in the hand. Since I am a beginner, unfortunately I didn't do the hair test before. It turned out that the knife was not sharp enough. I have to order a grindstone first.
In addition, the wooden storage box looks really good. Unfortunately, the wooden edge (already with the delivery) had left on the left.
Overall, a great product with two defects, namely the sharpness and the wooden box.
