This product is perfect for you if you have a razor with permanent blade. The two -part Dismissal for razor is made from Kazakh cowhide and robust linen fabric. By removing (sprinkling) the razor on the leather strap before every shave, the ridge of the blade is erected. With a stable fastening carabiner and handle handle made of metal for safe handling. Including mineral Grinding paste. Dimensions: 50 x 6 cm.
Stropping on the leather
It's not called "stropping" for nothing. The blade is drawn spine-first along a leather strop. The goal is to align and straighten the fine edge of the blade. This approximately 1.4mm thick cowhide leather is perfectly suited for this purpose.

Firmly anchored
The strop is firmly riveted to the brass buckle and a swivel joint. You can open the carabiner and hook it onto, for example, a fixed wall hook.
Secure grip
On the other side of the strop, a brass ring is attached. This allows you to first tension the strop perfectly and then hold it securely.

Deburring
If the edge is frayed and irreversibly bent in places, you can strop the blade on the linen side of the strop. The burr catches in the fabric and is torn off, resulting in an overall sharper edge.
Making a paste strop
With the always included mineral sharpening paste, you can also make a paste strop. Unlike the regular strop, this strop has abrasive properties. For example, if the blade becomes duller, you can try to sharpen it on the paste strop. Even after sharpening on a stone, stropping on the paste strop is useful to give the blade the final polish.
