Order and delivery were simple and very reliable, but the bag smells of leather, but that's the only thing that reminds of leather. Material is super hard, the vintage look looks like printed, the material shines and looks like plastic. The buckle on the side pocket is so hard that you can hardly bend or open it. Very disappointing. Now it has to be sent back at her own expense. Too bad! Size would have been perfect.
